Next Step Cards is a small local utility, not a clinical, medical, or emergency service.

Using the app

You may use the app to record your own task context. You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping exports or device access secure. Do not use it to store secrets that require encrypted vault protection.

Availability and data

The app is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Browser storage can be cleared by device settings, privacy tools, or uninstall actions. Export important data regularly. We are not liable for indirect loss or lost local data to the extent permitted by law.

Supporter purchase

The optional supporter edition is US $6 as a one-time purchase and unlocks the Moss Field and Night Ledger cosmetic print editions. All card, history, reminder, accessibility, and export features remain free. Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record and handles payment and refunds. A refund, expiration, revocation, or wrong-product license can remove the cosmetic unlock without affecting core features.

This product makes no treatment claim and does not replace professional advice. If a task involves urgent health, safety, legal, or financial decisions, use an appropriate qualified service.

License and changes

The application source is available under the MIT License. These service terms are effective 27 August 2026. We may update them when the product or legal requirements change; the current version will remain published here.
